Returns policy

At Beaches and Dream we want you to love what you’ve ordered. We strive to ensure you are satisfied and we quality control all of our goods to ensure the standard of your purchase meets your expectation. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for exchange or full refund to:

Items you need to return for refund or exchange will be accepted without question within our generous 14 days from receipt returns period. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. We request that you please e-mail us prior to returning goods and include your original receipt within your parcel when sending goods back to us. Your credit card will be credited within 48 working hours of our receipt of goods. Please bear in mind that some banking systems take a little longer to show the transaction on your credit card statement after we have processed at our end.

If you are exchanging an item we will send your replacement garment out upon receipt of the returned item and adjust your credit card with any resulting price difference. Please note that our free worldwide shipping policy does not apply to returns. You will need to arrange shipping and associated charges and suggest that when you send goods back to us that you use a freight company which allows tracking by consignment note # so that you are able to track your parcel should we not receive it.
